Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Gingham & Heels purchase, but if your new outfit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Gingham & Heels tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation within 5 business days.
